SHIC Beauty, LLC Policy
We offer domestic shipping to 62 states/territories within the United States via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Additionally, we offer shipping to 241 countries outside of the United States via USPS and DHL.
All shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based off product handling and shipping distance.
Please allow 2-4 days for processing Skincare, and SHIC Beauty Cosmetics. In addition, allow at least 7-14 business days for customized wholesale strip lashes.
Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after they are processed.
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return your items. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges beyond 7 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original, unopened package, and in the same condition that you received it.
The following items are not eligible for returns:
Downloadable software products
Skin care products (if the seal has been broken)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Partial refunds may be granted (at our sole discretion) for any item that:
Is not in its original condition;
Is missing parts for reasons not due to our error; or
Is returned more than 7 days after purchase and delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your email message.
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed, and you will receive a credit that will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we'll provide further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that provides tracking services or purchasing shipping insurance.
